As the turtle wonders whether Daddy is living in a heavenly cloud, his mother, grandparents, and others help guide him through the first year following his father’s death. Along the way, he learns that it is okay to cry, laugh, feel happiness again, and forever hold Daddy in his heart.

About the Author

Kim Vesey is a registered nurse and certified spiritual director with 35 years of experience in hospice care. In addition to serving countless families, Kim has personally experienced profound loss, including her husband, father, and daughter, Sarah. Sarah left behind her young son, Warren. Kim is also mother to her son, Patrick, and resides in Beavercreek, Ohio.

What Cloud Is My Daddy In? is the second book in her planned series of children’s grief-related books.
